Our Opportunity:

We are on a journey towards building the future of wireless connectivity, and we want you on our team! Our customer team is looking for a Sales Director with strong knowledge of BSS products and services, specifically Charging Systems.  You will participate in direct customer dialogues at the highest levels, providing experience and knowledge within the BSS portfolio. You should have a proven track record of negotiating and closing large, complex deals within ICT industry.

 

You will:

  • Take a leading role in positioning and selling Ericsson’s newly esteemed BSS portfolio to one of the most advanced operators in the world
  • You will have the opportunity to work on large scale deals, communicate with C levels and decision makers
  • You will develop opportunities from the first lead until close
  • You will be expected to meet customer requirements and securing the buy-in from internal stakeholders 

 

Your experience:

  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
  • Min 10 years of experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry
  • 10+ years of proven technology leadership experience: of products or solutions in the BSS domain
  • Strong knowledge of the BSS products and services with Business skills (ROI, TCO, strategic thinking)
  • Consultative skills and commercial understanding
  • You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Self-driven individual with deep understanding of the financial and technical challenges faced by the customer in the BSS domain
  • Experienced in communicating/presenting at the executive level.
  • Ability to hunt for new opportunities and grow the Sales pipeline
