Digitalization & Automation, Inbound Supply
Inbound Supply, a Group Supply unit, is accountable for the Design, Management and Control of the Inbound Supply Chain to Manufacturing.
The Inbound Supply chain is a strategic asset for competitiveness and includes approx. 150 suppliers and 10000 sourced products. A Supply Chain operated globally, optimizing Supply for our 16 production units around the world.
Digitalization & Automation includes a global accountability to design and implement our future Digitalized environment. The role includes external as well as internal interactions as you will build and maintain a network of Supply Chain expertise.
Digitalization & Automation is a part of the Inbound Supply Leadership team and reporting to Head of Inbound Supply, Ronald Harling.
Inbound Digitalization & Automation is a newly established role within Inbound Supply and as such part of a greater transformation of Inbound Supply to Ericsson. Being a part of this change journey within the Leadership team will give you great opportunities for driving change at a senior level.
The main responsibility is to design and drive implementation of digitalization and automation for inbound to manufacturing, including
• Developing and managing Strategy and Execution
• Developing and managing unit change management
• Managing networks with internal stakeholders such as Group Supply, Sourcing and R&D.
• Managing networks with external subject matter experts as well as operational consultants.
• Master of Science or similar
Highly developed knowledge and proven skills in:
• People leadership
• Managing change
• Creative and result oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Relationship skills
• Expertise within Supply Chain Management
• Expertise within Digitalization & Automation
• Knowledge and good understanding of the telecommunications industry
• Knowledge and good understanding of the supplier base and the technologies they provide to Ericsson
• Knowledge and good understanding of Ericsson overall commercial strategies and offerings
• Knowledge and good understanding of Ericsson Supply process and tools
