4G/5G integration Engineer

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
 

  1. New product lab test, customer environment qualification and integration.
  2. Radio network related product and solution installation, integration, optimization
  3. Participate in Radio network (4G,5G,IOT) area trouble shooting, remote / on-site support and emergency recovery activities
  4. Involve in the System / Function Verification, trial project and support activities
  5. Team management for site engineers to ensure the quality and progress
  6. Provide support in Radio network (4G,5G,IOT) area towards customer project manager for project management, such as resource management, time management, risk management, cost management etc. to ensure PAC/FAC sign up
  7. Provide technical support in Radio network (4G,5G,IOT) area towards Market Unit / Regional groups, Customer solution, and other department
  8. Provide Customer on-site training as required

Required Skills:

  1. Master or Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering – Essential
  2. Familiar with 2/3/4G key technology, LTE key technology is more preferred – Essential
  3. Good knowledge of IP, UNIX/LINUX, Cloud, CCNP certification is preferred – Desirable
  4. Good knowledge of radio network construction, optimization and support – Desirable
  5. Familiar to 3GPP Standard and Radio network and flow – Desirable
  6. Familiar with programming is preferred– Desirable
  7. Quality and efficiency minded, analytical thinking
  8. Quick learner, willing to take challenge, thriving in fast paced, high-pressure environment 
  9. Flexible, showing initiative, perseverance and have good communication & co-operation skills
  10. Strong team-work and willing to travel
  11. Pro-active, customer-oriented with good customer communications
  12. CTE-6 is preferred, good oral English
