Job Summary:


  • More than 8 years Telecoms/IT experience in OSS/NMS area and design/architecture of Trouble Management.

You will:


  • Detailed Requirement Analysis
  • Identify scope and cost estimation
  • Maintenance of solutions on Remedy Trouble management.
  • Support of Application/Solution on Remedy ITSM 7.X (Trouble/Fault  management)
  • Level 2 / Level 3 Application Support
  • Debugging the operational issues.
  • Handling Escalations & Critical production issues.
  • To adhere the Operational SLAs
  • Knowledge of SLA & Resource Management
  • Should be able to support 24x7 on need basis.
  • Hands on Experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management
  • Define, manage and verify solutions in customer projects, including handling and management of third party products and suppliers
  • Identify new and add-on business opportunities
  • More Specific – Skill Requirements


  • Hands-on experience in Design, Development, Integration and User Acceptance
  • Exposure to work with International Customers, face-to-face dialog with Customers. Analyze the customers’ existing Networks/ systems needs and requirements.
  • Experience on Core Java, Oracle Application Server, PL/SQL, JDBC
  • Extensive hands-on experience with BMC Remedy ITSM 7.X and Trouble management Module
  • Experience with ITIL and PMP Framework
  • Experience in web service integration with Remedy ITSM
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers to understand and address their needs.
  • Good Working knowledge on UNIX OS such as HP-UX, Solaris, Linux & Scripting like Perl, Ksh.
  • Excellent knowledge required for managing Software production environments, Build and release process.
  • Software development life-cycle (SDLC) exposure with technical leadership ability to Design, coding, testing and Integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/PEARL/SHELL Script code code review ability
  • Should have experience in leading a team of 10+ people from a technical perspective.
  • Mentor Solution Integrator/New Joiners so that they could implement projects independently with little hand holding.
  • Should have good knowledge of the test frameworks / scripts.
  • Education
  •   Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/MCA  Equivalent Degree
