We offer flexible working hours, the options to work from home, the location of this role could be any country within the Region Europe and Latin America, there will be some limited travel required with this role.

Job Summary:

In this role as the Operational Excellence and Transformation Specialist you will have significant impact on the efficiency and quality of our teams by providing visibility of all TA activity, producing accurate measurement and reports, driving accountability and focusing on continuous improvement.

You will be joining our Talent team during an exciting transformation and be making direct contributions and laying the foundations for the future of TA’s success. You will need to have a consistent focus on; quality, sustainable deliverables and technology, to enable this change and accelerate the TA transformation. You will work in partnership with the regional and global TA teams and our RPO partners.

Key responsibilities will be:

You will be proactively delivering operational efficiencies, to do this; you will need to be skilled in leveraging data & metrics to, able to identify opportunities for improvement, provide analysis on SLA’s/KPI’s. You will be an active participant in the discussions re; issue identification and action planning.

 

In this role you will need to be able to build compelling reports and dashboards to enable stakeholders to visualise relevant metrics, BI/MI. You will support the TA lead to present recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders through data analysis and thoughtful interpretation of findings. Outside of the TA function you will also regularly collaborate with Workforce planning, HR and the RPO teams.

 

This role is all about enabling change within our regional and global TA function. You will be moving TA projects from concept to implementation and then driving adoption and local harmonization of approved recruiting tools, policies and processes.

Your Background:

 

    • Substantial commercial experience in large matrixed environments, ideally within recruiting or HR function.
    • Advanced Excel, data analysis skills and the ability to use data to inform and convince stakeholders   
    • TA analytics, Financial Acumen Skills
    • Program/Project management experience
    • Ability to engage and deliver through virtual teams
    • Presenting and communicating information internally and externally
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
