Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, Europe and Latin America

Job Summary:

You will be making direct contributions to the creation of the foundations for TA success, with a consistent focus on; quality, sustainable deliverables and technology, to enable change and accelerate TA transformation. You will work in partnership with the regional and global TA teams and our RPO partners.

In this role as the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist you will have significant impact on the efficiency and quality of all hiring across the region by providing visibility into all TA activity, producing accurate measurement and reports, driving accountability and focus on continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will be

    • Drive adoption and local harmonization of approved recruiting tools, policies and processes
    • Leverage data & metrics to proactively deliver operational efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improvement by providing analysis on SLA’s/KPI’s, identifying key drivers.
    • Actively participate in discussions re; issue identification and action planning
    • Build reports and dashboards to give stakeholders visibility into relevant metrics and BI/MI
    • Liaise with Workforce planning, HR and the RPO to facilitate requisition governance and right sizing the RPO delivery team.
    • Enable change within TA, by moving TA projects from concept to implementation.
    • Facilitate consistent communication/training, supporting all changes to policy, process and tools
    • Liaise with mergers and acquisition team to support integration of acquired companies into standard TA operating model (if appropriate)
    • Support the TA lead to present recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders thought Data analysis and thoughtful interpretation of findings
    • Oversee vendor delivery performance, including 3rd party agency optimisation
    • Act as a central point of contact for the recruiting team and customers by becoming knowledgeable with all recruiting processes, programs, and tools
    • ROI analysis for investments such as advertising, job fairs, job boards usage, productivity analysis on new digital tool Pilots. 
    • Proactively seek out opportunities to develop professionally and improve regional TA effectiveness
       

Key Qualifications:

 

    • Substantial commercial experience in large matrixed environments, ideally within recruiting or HR function.
    • Advanced excel, data analysis and able to use data to inform and convince stakeholders   
    • A strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, processes and tools
    • Program/Project management experience
    • Ability to engage and deliver through virtual teams
    • Knowledge and understanding of market trends and confirmed practices
    • TA analytics, Financial Acumen Skills
    • Presenting and communicating information internally and externally
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle including employer brand, university hiring and experienced hire
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
