We are looking for an Assistant in Kista to support three units within Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance – Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution, M&A and Finance Legal Affairs as well as Legal Strategy & Operations. You will work closely with the other assistants in Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance and report to the Head of Corporate Governance & Dispute Resolution. Group Function Legal Affairs & Compliance has approximately 140 legal counsels, 30 paralegals, legal analysts, immigration specialists and assistants, 9 corporate investigators and 21 compliance officers working for Ericsson around the world, located in 40 countries. The mission of the team is to enable sustainable success of Ericsson by providing effective legal solutions in a risk-appropriate manner. To be able to do this, in addition to being professional legal service providers, we need to have excellent knowledge about Ericsson's commercial activities and the relevant market environment. We also need to work proactively e.g. by providing training to Ericsson personnel in order to inform about risks and exposures. We all represent one Ericsson, and Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance is one consolidated team. No matter where we are located, we shall all feel that we belong to the same legal function.

 

Position Summary

Provide administrative support to the members of the units. Contribute to, and coordinate, activities in different projects in the administrative area. Act as an expert of the administrative IT systems whenever needed and also authorize e.g. Ericsson Buyer orders and invoices in line with the authorization policies and routines. Support and inform about Ericsson internal administrative processes, systems and tools.

  • General administration support for members of the unit

  • Support with travel arrangements
  • Handle entry and exit administration
  • Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines
  • Network and communicate with other assistants within and outside the organization
  • Organize internal meetings and workshops
