Head of Talent Acquisition Technology Innovation

As our TA Technology SME, you will join our quest for easy by optimizing and building our technology stack throughout our end to end hiring experience.  Developing our talent attraction capability, building efficiency, and ensuring winning experience for all our customers, This is a brand new role and for the right candidate will be an exciting opportunity which will provide the platform to develop both in the role and towards next steps in your career.

 

 

The Opportunity:

  • Lead the design, optimization and development of our global technology stack through our end to end recruitment experience
  • Collaborate across our global team to co-create the technology roadmap, prioritizing change for maximum impact
  • Create a future vision and aspiration, planning agile steps to reach it
  • Embrace opportunities to pilot innovative solutions and measure success
  • Connect our technology solution to deliver to our TA, People and corporate strategy
  • Drive change management – process, adoption and mindset
  • Simplify our people experience by working across our people function and other key stakeholder groups as one team
  • Be a talent acquisition ambassador internally and externally
  • Embrace data and metrics to guide and steer our business case for change
  • Utilize your external TA technology expertise and network to drive forward our evolution for success

 

You have:

  • An overwhelming passion for the impact of digital innovation within talent acquisition
  • Proven project and change management expertise with a focus on agile working within a people function
  • Successful innovative, design thinking experience under your belt
  • Outstanding influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a globally matrixed organization within a fast paced environment
  • Desire to collaborate with high-performing people function, technology, finance, legal and business teams
  • Ability to co-create solutions across a strategic talent acquisition organization focused in impact
  • Understanding of the external market for TA technologies including AI and machine learning
  • Hands on recruiting experience
  • Understand the power of data and are at ease using metrics to build business cases
  • Commercial capability, including measuring return on investment
  • Presentation expertise and powerpoint excellence
     

You might also have:

  • Technology vendor or RPO experience
  • Six sigma
