Project Manager - Automation
To carry out effectively and efficiently all tasks and activities assigned to this position.
To report to the head of SMI about matters concerned.
Continuously develop the competence to improve the quality and efficiency for the project management work.
Follow up policies, procedures as well as Ericsson Standard in daily work.
To fulfill the responsibilities, the PM has the following authorities:
Access to specific workplaces, such as SMI lab, production area;
Access to relevant Ericsson databases systems for engineering, such as Clearcase, CDM, PRI, PRIM/GASK2, MHWeb, Ericoll, Eliza , etc; in order to collect all information necessary for carrying out the assigned tasks.
Manage assigned projects for automated equipment, automation system, IoT application SMI.
Keep and archive Project Documents/Project Agreements/Project Goals
Lead and motivate the project team members in order to fulfill the project goals
Ensure the quality of the products developed in the assigned projects
Manage and control the project time schedule in order to deliver according to time plan
Manage and control the project budget, cost and invoicing
Manage the cooperation/relationship with project stakeholders
Organize project meetings, technical meeting and Tollgate assessment meetings.
Write and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports.
Contribute to process establishment and optimization
Support product manager to maintain the product roadmap, secure the roadmap deployment plan.
Support product manager to participate the commercial discussion and customer negotiation.
Requirement of the job
University degree in Automation, Computer Science, Software engineering, Electrical engineering or the equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent knowledge of project management
Good knowledge of Automation Industry or Smart Manufacturing related areas (Concept, design, system).
Good knowledge on MES.
Fluent English reading, writing, and conversation
Good team work and co-operation
Good communication skills
Good people skills, social ability
> 2 years of project management experience
Experience with global cooperation is a plus.
PMP is a plus.
