Resumen de trabajo:
El aprendiz apoyará al gerente de proyectos del cliente en el área de planificación y programación de proyectos. The Trainee impulsa la implementación y el cumplimiento de herramientas y sistemas relevantes que deben ser utilizados por el Cliente, los proveedores de servicios autorizados y Ericsson.
Este rol funcionará tanto con el conocimiento teórico como con la comprensión del despliegue en proyectos de implementación. El aprendiz aprenderá a comprender la complejidad de la movilización y la aceleración de la producción en el sitio, los factores de eficiencia para los intentos planeados o iniciados frente a la tasa fallida y la implementación exitosa y el manejo del registro regresivo.

Requisitos mínimos de experiencia y calificaciones:

  • Graduados recientes con poca experiencia laboral de carreras como Ingeniería Industrial, Informática, Ingeniería, electrónica, Telemática.
  • Los aprendices deben tener competencia e interés en finanzas, ya que serán asignados a análisis financieros y actividades de control.
  • Orientación técnica y empresarial.
  • Adoptantes tempranos, líderes de la comunidad digital.
  • Disfrute utilizando las últimas tecnologías dentro del desarrollo de negocios.

Job Summary:

The Trainee will support the Customer Project Manager in the area of project planning and scheduling. The Trainee drives the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems required to be used by the Customer, Authorized Service providers and Ericsson.

This role role will work with both theoretical knowledge and understanding from deployment in rollout projects. The Trainee will learn to understand the complexity of mobilization and ramp-up of site production, efficiency factors for planned or started attempts versus failing rate and successful implementation and handling of back log.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Recent Graduates with short work experience from careers such as: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, electronic, Telematics
  • Trainees should have competence and interest in financials as they will be allocated to financial analysis and control activities
