Position Purpose

  • The Capacity Manager is responsible for ensuring that services and infrastructure are able to deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner.
  • He considers all resources required to deliver the service, and plans for short, medium and long term business requirements.

 

Main accountabilities – you will:

  • Analyze information and/or data and prepare and maintain schedules, plans and forecast for capacity
  • Analyze and asses that capacity plans are aligned with customer network growth requirements
  • Analyze impact of network changes on capacity management
  • Manage, control and predict capacity performance and support capacity performance testing
  • Monitor utilization of capacity-dependent entities and inform customer of necessary capacity upgrades
  • Review capacity dependent trends, data, information and identify variances and propose actions
  • Initiate, arrange and participate in monthly/quarterly meeting with customer for capacity forecast

 

Technical/Soft Skills – you have:

  • Experience with Solution Design as well as Solution Integration on below areas
  • Working experience with MSS, MSC, MGW, STP, HLR, SS7
  • Basic knowledge of IP Interworking, Linux
  • Professional level of English
