We are called Ericsson Packet Core and we deliver connectivity technology with terabyte throughput in combination with extensive configuration options for traffic control and information collection for our customers.

 

Product Introduction, Deployment and Support (PIDS) as part of Packet Core in Lindholmen is responsible to handle the back-end activities of the Packet Core portfolio which includes introducing the latest SW versions to the market, providing support and maintenance and overall securing the success of our customers. On a daily basis we focus on helping our customers in projects and live operations in balance with evolving our operations for the future.

 

Job Summary

We are now looking for a Customer Engagement Leader to strengthen our team of leaders who support Customer projects for Packet Core.

 

Purpose of the role

Lead the support of selected customer projects together with staff from PDU, Customer Units and – when applicable – SDU. Provide feedback to the development organizations.

This includes: 

—Lead First Live Validation (FLV) and First Feature Implementation (FFI) activities.

—Lead TOP 25 Customer Engagements in close collaboration with CUs and SDUs.

—Be CD&D ambassadors

—Optimize the feedback loop to the development organizations about perceived quality, how features are used, and how the CD&D flow works.

 

The leaders in the PIDS Program office also share the following responsibilities

—Continuously evolve the Customer Engagement strategy based on:

—Internal PDU PC Release strategy and ways of working

—Customer ways of working

—Services offerings and ways of working

—Secure the execution of the customer engagement strategy

—Plan the Top 25 customer engagements and the FFI, FLV and upgrade support Customer Engagements

—Manage the capabilities needed for the customer engagements

—Participate in PDU internal fora to spread information about status of FFI, FLV, Upgrade support and TOP 25 projects.

—Plan and lead SW upgrade

Education: B Sc / M Sc

Min years of experience: 5

Domain experience: PDU Packet Core

Customer Insight

You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills

Coaching & Mentoring Skills

Negotiation Skill

Formulating strategies and concepts
