We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
Provide After-sales technical support for Ericsson wireless products according to company procedures and service contract requirements, including consultation, daily troubleshooting, on-site technical support, emergency troubleshooting, holiday guarantee, etc.
Key requirements for the Job:
Basic knowledge of RAN, familiar with LTE network, communication delivery experience is preferred.
Ericsson RAN product maintenance experience is preferred, including BSC, BTS, ENB, etc.
Familiar with Linux environment is preferred.
Software programming ability is preferred, such as Perl, Shell script, etc.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, relevant authentication is preferred.Such as CCIE/CCNA/CCNP or other related certification.
Oral English, reading and writing communication skills, CET 4 or above.
Strong communication and presentation skills, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility.
