Every day, people on all continents watch television programs prepared, managed and broadcast by Red Bee Media staff. Every year, the business delivers more than 2.7 million hours of programming in more than 60 languages for nearly 500 TV channels.

 

At Redbee Media, we handle programme schedules for BBC TV, radio channels and a host of commercial channels. Our Listings Writers provide programme information to print and electronic media including national newspapers and magazines, electronic programme guides, BBC iPlayer, video on demand services and a variety of websites, entering timings and synopses into bespoke systems. Listings Writers also need to keep abreast of live programmes, reacting effectively to breaking events, updating schedules rapidly when broadcasters make late changes.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong interest in TV and Media, along with first class spelling and grammar. Broad general knowledge is also advantageous as you will be writing on a wide variety of different topics.

Location - Ealing, London (with travel to our office in White City also)

Salary – up to £22,000 per annum depending on experience

 

(This role operates on a shift basis which includes bank holidays and weekends)
