1st Level Operations
Provide fault management on specific network nodes: DSC, PG, HSS, HLR, CUDB, STP,EPG, SAPC, IP Works,Mediation, billing, CRM, data warehouse, activation & provisioning applications/servers
Perform preventive&corrective maintenance, problem management, acceptance and faults tracking
Logging and updating the performed activities in specifically ticketing tools
Knowledge of one or more of:
CS/PS/IP Core architectures & network topologies & standards
OSI, TCP/IP, voice and packet switching topics, transmission and radio topics
UNIX or LINUX operating systems, DBA and TELCO network
Proven experience in remote or site operations (design, planning, optimization, integration, acceptance, commissioning, testing, support) of related nodes
Experience in working with multiple technologies or vendors(of the same technology)
Often communication with contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders
Ability to handle global customer meetings and discussions, and adapt to working with people from different countries with different cultures
Fluent in English, be able to use English as working language.
Availability for on-call work schedule, night shift work
