Main accountabilities – you will: & Tasks
Staffing and Line Management:
•Ensure that resources are made available to undertake the agreed responsibilities and that they are properly utilized and accounted for
•Responsible for following in a timely and correct manner of the below activities:
•Ensure HRMS accuracy
•Ensure full compliance with Internal Regulations
•Ensures career and development plans for all staff along with succession plans for their team members; excellent CCM knowledge required
•Ensure Individual Performance Management is conducted for all team personnel in line with HR and Management directives Ericsson ways of working, respecting the HR Calendar
•Lead/mentor less-experienced colleagues
•Drive competence building, knowledge transfer and information sharing internally and with peers
•Address exceptions from legal, health & safety and HR processes
•Ensure sign off the Job Description according to the Romanian Labor Law
•Reward and Talent Planning
•Recruitment, Hiring and Termination related activities
•Short- and Long-term variable pay process
•Secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities
•Drive delivery execution: track activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
•Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence & trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings & customer events
•Develop the business: participate to governance meetings
•Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas
•Identify add-on sales opportunities and up sell
•Share operational and project learnings and contribute to Thought Leadership
•Support the delivery of customized solutions and products, covering several domains and layers in the end-to-end IoT solutions
• Facilitate job rotation and knowledge sharing, making sure that these actions support team’s efficiency and development;
• Responsible for the timely and accurate Time reporting of the team according to Company’s rules.
• Check progress against targets, reporting as necessary and acting to resolve deviations and seek continuous improvement.
• Accountable for maintenance of the technical and procedural documentation up to date, complete and stored in such a way to be known and available to all the team members and the management;
• Act as an effective member of the Units Extended Leadership Team, working towards its objectives, including cross-unit and cross business unit objectives;

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements
•Good business understanding of the IoT landscape
•Strong knowledge and understanding of aaS and Managed Services Delivery models and their processes
•Knowledge of telecommunication networks with focus on Core products
•5+ years previous experience working in in the telecom and IT space
•BS or MS in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or acceptable combination of equivalent post-secondary education and experience
•Experience working with Networking, IT and Virtualization solutions
•Familiar with Business Transformation and Technology Evolution relevant to IoT/Machine to Machine (M2M) domain
•Knowledge of ITIL, MSTOP
•Knowledge of Ericsson GS processes and instructions
•Knowledge of Ericsson Core Network platforms (UDC, MME, SGW, PGWPCRF, AAA)
•Knowledge of Juniper, F5, Ericsson networking systems (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
•Knowledge of messaging platforms
•Experience in working with:
- 2G, 3G, 4G, IMS, VoLTE, NB-IoT technologies
- Virtualization: Ericsson CEE, OpenStack
