EHS Subcontractor Compliance Director

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a EHS Subcontractor Complai, to provide support for relevant organization, coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and procedures.



  • Review subcontractor EHS statistical performance data and EHS programs initially and annually against Ericsson and Ericsson Clients minimum performance requirements for subcontractors. 
  • Approve Subcontractors that meet or exceed minimal performance requirements,
  • Document and communicate any performance and program gaps and to Subcontractor of improvement opportunity.
  • Identify and communicate any EHS continual improvement items which will meet regulatory requirements and/or minimize the risk of negative company impacts to the Ericcson Master Service Agreements owners for updating.
  • Control ownership of Avetta for Subcontractor approval and tracking.
  • Assist Subcontractors with meeting the Ericsson MPR and Avetta access.
  • Maintain a high knowledge base of Federal, State Local and ISO EHS regulations and standards.
  • Obtain and maintain Regulatory and ISO certification and designations that directly apply to job responsibilities.
  • Create, incorporate, update and maintain Subcontractor EHS program and audit schedule to ensure program requirements are met.
  • Schedule perform and oversee audits.  Acquire, review and trend audit data. 
  • Document and relay identified issues to appropriate management that identified required correction actions and timeline for completion.
  • Perform or coordinate  Subcontractor requirements to all necessary leadership to ensure leadership support and engagement.
  • Assist with brining on necessary contractors and vendors for safety support in a timely manner.
