Within the Digital Workspace team, part of Group IT, we are looking for strong leader to head our Client Solutions team. In this role, you will create and ensure we deliver great user experiences for all our colleagues around the globe. Your team is responsible for the computing experience and solutions across Ericsson. The portfolio consists of all main operating systems e.g Windows, Mac OS and Linux. You are responsible for all Client HW from companies like HP, Dell and Apple. Your team has the full life cycle management responsibility for all solutions delivered. Your main purpose will be to support, directly or indirectly via the your teams resources and to understand and align to overall the Strategies, Processes and Delivery Models.
To be successful in your role we believe you need to have strong leadership and people management skills. You also need strong qualifications in building and maintaining strong relationships both internally within Ericsson and externally with our partners. You need to understand the overall IT strategies, processes, and delivery models. As the Client Solutions Head you are responsible for the overall user experiences and IT solutions we provide globally.
You will lead team members who work as Strategic Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, Architects and Delivery Managers. As a member of the Digital Workspace Leadership Team you are also expected to contribute to the overall Digital Workspace strategy and leadership team activities to evolve our Digital Workspace offerings and solutions.
Education: MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience
10 years of experience from IT Management or IT Product Management
