Head of IT Information & Document Management
The group Digital Workspace within IT is delivering an end-to-end IT environment for the entire workforce of Ericsson. We are responsible for the services closest to the user like laptops, phones, networks, office applications and support. We are now looking for a Head of Information & Document Management to join our Digital Workspace Leadership Team.
The Information & Document Management team is responsible for delivering solutions for formal document management, eSignatures, patent handling and archiving. The portfolio consists of applications such as EriDoc, Adobe Creative Cloud, Templafy, DocuSign, WinPat as well as a newly built SW archiving solution for our developer’s community.
As the Head of Information & Document Management you will secure an efficient ICT delivery through strategic, tactical and operational work. You are accountable for a qualitative delivery and experience of the information & document management capabilities provided to our users.
Your main responsibility is to lead the members of the team which consists of ICT Strategic Product Manager, ICT Technical Product Managers, ICT Architects and ICT Delivery Managers. You will ensure high-qualitative feedback conversations and drive competence development within the team. You will support the team in removing barriers to help them be successful in their deliveries.
As a member of the Digital Workspace Leadership Team you are also expected to contribute in the leadership team work and how to evolve our Digital Workspace offerings. You will address current and future business challenges and identifying ways to work more effectively and efficiently within and outside the organization.
To be successful in your role we believe you need to have strong leadership and people management skills. You also need to have qualifications in building and maintaining strong relationships. You need to understand the overall ICT processes, models and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
- 5-10 years of experience depending on job stage
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
