Group IT Solution area Digital Workspace, Sub solution area Common Functions is now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Line Manager. In this role, you will create and ensure Customer/Stakeholder value and satisfaction through an efficient ICT delivery. Your main purpose as a ICT Line Manager will be to support, directly or indirectly via the unit resources and to understand and align to overall ICT Processes, Models and Strategies.

You will have responsibility for a part of the IT application portfolio (sub solution area) , this sub solution area is supporting a number of stakeholders within Ericsson with the applications they need , for example Group Security, Trade Compliance and IT to name a few.  Some of process areas that are supported with tooling is Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Development & test, HW & SW Asset Management. 

You will interact with the stakeholders that you are supporting to ensure that the current and future tooling needs are met.

The responsibility for the portfolio includes development, operations and life cycle management of the applications.

The team that you will manage is based in Sweden (Kista) and India (Bangalore)

You will also contribute directly and indirectly to one or several leadership teams, strategic, tactical and operational work and targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience
  • Min years of experience: 5
  • Domain experience: (area of expertise – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
