We are now looking for a Financial Analyst to join MS Bharti (SL Optimize). The Financial Analyst’s main responsibility is to review, analyses and report the financial progress and deliver actionable advice based on findings to drive financial performance of MS Bharti

 

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:  A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience from relevant position within Ericsson or relevant position with 8-12 years of experience  at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role Financial Analyst.
  • Financial acumen and analysis skills
  • High degree of accountability and integrity
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Good team working ability
  • Self-motivated and works well under pressure
  • Good sense for details as well as high level thinking

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation of financials & Monitor financial performance of MS Bharti (SL Optimize) to ensure alignment with WLA Budget.
  • Proactive planning to control cost and work out cost optimization plans.
  • Drive SDE cost efficiency & improvement programs.
  • Data Analytics: Design & build simplified data models that enable self-service analytics. Work with tools like Power BI and Tableau to extract insights from ISF.
  • Monitor & analyze business KPI’s - Utilization, Billability, Pyramid Trend, and Absorption etc, and drive correction actions.
  • Supporting Project team on making critical business decisions with significant financial impact, providing fact-based analysis.
  • Others as per Business requirement
