Strategy Development Director
Within Group Strategy & Partnering we are driving initiatives to develop Ericsson long term competitive positioning and strategic direction. We do that by driving the Ericsson Group strategy development process; we drive strategic projects on behalf of the executive team; we are responsible for analysis and foresight of the external environment (i.e., industry, market, competitors, operators); we manage Group Partnering strategy; we engage directly with CxOs of our most important customers in advisory and co-creation.
We are now looking for a Strategy Development Director within BTEB S&P – Strategy Development.
Your role: How you will deliver impact
You will take part in group strategy development projects, managing selected workstreams and parts of the analysis. You will engage with subject matter experts and Ericsson senior managers, securing your fact-based, anchored and structured output leads to decisions and business impact. You will work closely with the CTO office and strategy functions in business and market areas in addressing the group opportunities and challenges.
Who you are
You are a strategy professional with following qualifications:
- Strategy development experience, structured and methodical
- About 3-5 years of work experience from management consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture)
- Experience from management consulting projects, including project planning, problem structuring, and team and client management
- Experience in financial analysis/business modelling
- Excellent command of business English
