Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as Portfolio Manager.

 

Role Description

We are now looking for an Early career Program Participant within Portfolio Management.  ICT is transforming the way billions of people work, play and communicate. Consumer lifestyles are changing rapidly, with mobile devices using more data as they access more products and services. The purpose of the Early career Program Participant within Portfolio Management job role is to handle an overall product portfolio, no single products. Including strategy, positioning and business development for the in-house developed products as well as third party products to secure a profitable portfolio. You will have a span over global and regional or local level.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible to drive competence and business readiness 
  • Operate solution development
  • Handle requirements and assignments
  • Drive continuous improvements
  • Develop competence and knowledge sharing in your group and beyond

 

Requirements

  • Min years of experience: 3 (maximum 6)
  • Domain experience:  e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS, AI, Automation, emerging technologies like Blockchain etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of business and product management
  • You will need to have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Analitical skills
  • Creating and innovating
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking

 

Early Career Program | Excellerate

We’ll give you an 18-month development program and you’ll gain real practical insight into our business, our customers and how we integrate end-to-end solutions.

We’ll provide you with a helicopter view of the various dimensions of Ericsson operations internationally. You’ll understand exactly what it takes to be a globally-orientated leader.
