Do you want to lead an HR generalist team of approx. 15 fantastic colleagues who are responsible for supporting our Business Area Networks in Sweden?

Do you have excellent communication skills and experience evolving a collaborative spirit in a group where teamwork is key?

 

Based in Kista, Stockholm, we are now recruiting a People leader to join our People (Human Resources) Generalist team with 15 colleagues within Business Area Networks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Experience in the HR functional area, min 7 years of experience
  • Swedish Labour Law and Swedish Industrial Relations experience required
  • Preferable experience from a Global organisation with solid experience in Change & Project Management.
