Position Purpose

 

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

 

 

Main accountabilities – you will:

 

  • Ensure incident management
  • Ensure support activities
  • Assist with Problem management
  • On regular base cover the 7x24 Call-out responsibility
  • Ensure 2nd Level Support activities
  • Ensure 2nd Level Preventive maintenance activities
  • Ensure 2nd Level System Administration activities

 

 

Technical Skills - you have:

 

  • Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or  
  • 2-3 years’ experience in relevant area
  • Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • CISCO and Juniper certificates
  • MPLS, Routing protocols, LAN and WAN experience
  • IP Design experince
