Master Data Management Analyst

Job Summary:

The Master Data Management Analyst manages master data that enables the business to efficiently and effectively operate. This position is responsible for the accuracy of master data setup and is critical to the company's financial information and management reporting.  The MDM Analyst will work closely with Finance Competence Support, General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Other Stakeholders and MDM Areas. This role will be responsible for high customer interface to build an excellent working relationship within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain master data - Create and Update Master data according to requests

  • Provide master data expertise- Answer end-users master data related questions and concerns

  • Measure and control Ways-of-Working (WoW) end to end

  • Ensure Master Data Quality 

  • Improve MDM Ways of Working

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or a related degree is required

  • Min years of experience: 2 years 

  • Domain experience: SAP P12, P36 and P06, SharePoint, Tableau, SMP-Service Management Platform and Outlook

  • Previous SAP experience with FI/CO 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting in a global business operating with financial systems experience
