Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as Supply Internal Project Manager.

 

The position includes Project Management for Supply Projects.

 

The Project Manager

  • Ensures that the project delivers a result according to an assignment.
  • Executes project
  • Defines the work and takes full responsibility for the planning, execution and conclusion of the project
  • Drives project realization according to operational strategies and objectives by using defined methods and tool to secure successful fulfillment of the assignment

Qualifications

      To join the Ericsson Supply Early Career Program you require:

  • We are looking for talents having a Bachelor or master’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field             
  • 3-6 years’ experience in Supply.  
  • Experience in change management.
  • The candidate must be very motivated by and interested in working in the Supply area.
  • The candidate should have an interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and “outside the box”. Other aspects that are important are self- esteem, self-knowledge, social ability, and an interest and potential in leading other people.
  • A global attitude, willingness to relocate internationally
  • Candidates will need both the desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other language
  • The candidates must be early adopters and enjoy using the latest technologies.
