Head of Strategy & Business Operations - BMAS MS IT& ADM

 

Reporting to the Business Area COO & Head of Strategy you will be leading the Strategy & Business operations team for MS IT& ADM. The main purpose of the role is to drive strategy development, strategy execution and enhance the end to end management of the Service Area working close to the Head of MS IT& ADM. You will be part of the Business Area Strategy & COO Office leadership team as well as the Service Area MS IT& ADM leadership team. You will play a key role in shaping the strategy and strategy execution in both MS IT& ADM and on the overall Business Area level.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of senior business operations and strategy staff
  • Lead Network Managed Services strategy development and strategy execution plans
  • Define, scope and execute transformation and efficiency programs from an E2E business perspective
  • Support the SA head in steering the charter and for the SA leadership team
  • Manage and constantly improve a consistent methodology for Demand, Resource Management and planning across the SA and Delivery Flow and into the MA Service Line
  • Drive internal and external strategic analysis projects 
  • Define and implement the necessary business and operation metrics to ensure we understand the quality and effectiveness of our services, and lead the automation of the whole performance management
  • Orchestrate M&A evaluations and strategic partnership discussions
  • Secure an effective reporting for governance and other key meetings


Requirements

  • A management background with experience of a driving successful international teams
  • Experience from a senior role, preferably on principal level, in a tier 1 management consultancy firm
  • High integrity and high attention to compliance
  • A team player, flexible and open to change, able to manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and engagement skills
  • Solution oriented personality with a strong focus on results & outcomes
  • Strong ability and experience to drive change
