Global Internal Projects is a unit within Global Internal Services Management (GISM) which belongs to Finance Business Services within Group Function Finance.

 

The unit is responsible for:

 

  • Internal Project Support
  • Internal work
  • Pre-sales
  • Reporting, follow up and drive of GIP KPIs
  • Compliance to intercompany directives and instructions
  • Development and implementation of new IPS ways of working

 

Job description and main tasks:

 

The job requires frequent contacts with local companies and Finance units around the world, but also with units within Group Functions. The manager for the unit is located in Manila.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Internal Project Support related to Internal Work and Engagement Practices
    • Master data for the whole Project Definition
      • Set up
      • Maintenance
      • Closing
    • Implementation of resources in ICRRB Staffing Agreement portal
    • Support time reporting and concur allocation
    • Provide time reporting reports (ZCADO)
    • Provide root cause analysis on issues encountered by the resources

Prepare statistics and report/follow up

 

 

Key Competencies Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration, or similar
  • Good knowledge of the Ericsson organization
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Business Processes
  • Experience from working with ONE system and BW
  • Ability to fluently communicate in English
  • Good team player
  • Highly analytical, attention to details
  • Quality approach and customer focus
  • Can work under pressure
