Position Purpose

The role has an end to end responsibility over on Media Department. The objective is to secure the performance and lifecycle of the service, reporting closely to external stakeholders, leading an Agile enabled Service Operations team who are responsible for all dimensions of delivery. The role has a primary interface with the external stakeholders from Red Bee or BTEB and also end customer visibility.

Main accountabilities – you will:

  • Oversees the Performance and evolution of Service throughout its lifecycle
  • Act as an Agile leader of the operational teams
  • Lead the governance both internally and to external stakeholders
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Oversees the continues evolution and transformation of service
  • Commission and Sponsors a continuous improvement plan for the service
  • Management of risk, ensuring complicacy to standards and data protection
  • Service Continuity Manager and BCM stakeholder
  • Delivers the service as per business case and agreed with WLA in place

 

Technical/Soft Skills

  • Experience in the IT Department, Telecom Department it’s a plus
  • Experience in Development Business
  • Certificates: PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, ITIL (it’s a plus)
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • Excellent relationship development skills
  • Finance knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving and analytical skills
