Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as Strategy Manager

 

UNIT DESCRIPTION

The Strategy unit is responsible for driving development of the strategy and business plan for Service Area Networks, in close collaboration with Portfolio Management. The unit also plays supporting roles in formal portfolio development, assisting strategy execution and learning for next phase strategy development.

The Strategy unit is now forming a new cross-unit function to support early stage development in a less formalized manner, including experimentation and co-creation together with R&D teams and our market-facing organizations (and their customers). The mission of this new function is to cultivate strategic and/or innovative AI programs to deliver new value within the services business. Team members will explore innovative ideas from our market-facing organizations, the industry or academia and evaluate commercial potential and viability to industrialize.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

  • Help define and oversee the services innovation and incubation process
  • Work closely with our market areas to cultivate innovative collaboration
  • Define the selection and oversight process for our innovation funnel
  • Secure alignment between the business strategy and proposed innovation activities
  • Drive techno-commercial development based on market research and pilot feedback
  • Capture and share lessons learned for running a successful service Innovation process
