Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as Developer Community Driver.

 

The Developer community driver will be responsible for partner success from a technical perspective. As Ericsson continues to advance its industry-leading IoT Accelerator platform offering, the success of its partners is paramount. To drive customer success broadly, Ericsson partners must have strong readiness as it relates to the platform, cloud technologies, including development and delivery principles and go to market channels.

Success in this role will be measured on the growth that the partners delivers. The amount of used content that the partners consume and partner success KPIs.

As a Developer community driver, You Will

 

  • Enhance and extend structure for partner performance across competencies and industry verticals leading to potential segmentation of partners to extend market penetration and growth
  • Develop and manage Partner Enablement material working with Customer Success teams and development and operations.
  • Drive communication of enablement in line with Ericsson R&D release cycles, customer projects
  • Suggest and host technical workshops/seminars focused on technical success of partner deployments including best use of Ericsson IoT Accelerator and partner products
  • Improve our collaboration model together between Service Level Manager / Customer Success Manager / Technical Support Services / Partner Managers
  • Provide guidance on technical training and best practices
  • Collect and analyze data from support cases to identify and suggest improvements
  • Evaluate onboarding practices and drive improvements together with our Onboarding team
  • Provide direct sales support for extending Ericsson platform into the partner channel and a reliable and integral part of partner-led projects
  • Be an evangelist on Customer Success through the partner channel to drive Ericsson long-term success with our customers and partners
  • Develop strong partner support and capabilities around Ericsson IoT Accelerator

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , IT or Telecommunication or equivalent in working experience
  • Minimum 3-year technical experience (Development, Technical Sales Support, System Integration)
  • English Speaking – more languages are beneficial
  • Strong technical background preferably within software development or system integration
  • Good technical knowledge of technologies such as IoT, LWM2M, MQTT, API Frameworks, development tools, CI/CD, Cloud, Azure, AWS
  • Excellent presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills for leading meetings and projects
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions where necessary
  • Having a strong character, can do attitude and possess a quality driven and customer focused mindset
  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
  • Ability to identify problems and work to resolution (see things through) and motivate others to complete tasks on time
  • Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
     

Early Career Program | Excellerate
