Job summary


We are looking for collaborative and passionate Manager for a Microwave Radio Design section, consisting of 20 highly competent microwave engineers.

As a part of the Microwave Radio & Modules leadership team, you’ll get the opportunity to lead
the development of indoor and outdoor microwave radio products and modules in MINI-LINK portfolio, and mmw radio and testbeds for 5G Radio Access.

Your role


You, as Microwave Design manager coach, challenge and develop leaders, individuals, teams and foster an innovative and learning culture. Your responsibilities include:

  • Drive & Coach Technology Leadership within Microwave design
  • Drive & Coach Innovation, Knowledge Sharing and competence development
  • Drive & Coach the development of high-quality products
  • Develop and deploy Microwave design process, methods and tools in accordance with Ericsson framework and design environment
  • Be part of fostering a motivating, customer oriented, and challenging work environment
  • Drive internal efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Goals and salary setting for your team


About you
