Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as Sales Support Manager at Business Unit - Business Area Digital Services (BDGS)


Main Description:

We are now looking for a Sales Support Manager to Accelerate sales, efficiency, and performance by supporting the sales force to make their work more efficient through adequate sales tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & KPIs, job role frameworks, competence models and support, sales development programs, common structures etc. Identify and execute improvements within the sales structure framework to improve customer orientation and satisfaction as well as business management and control. Secure close cooperation within the Sales and Sales Support functions in Market Areas and Business Areas to continuously improve Ways of Working, Competence and Knowledge Management for customer success cases, reference solutions and sales best practices.



    • You will support sales strategy implementation, support sales strategy implementation through efficient tools, processes, job roles, metrics, measurement s, programs etc
    • Perform sales efficiency improvements, analyze sales and business performance and propose in scope improvements if needed
    • Manage frameworks for sales efficiency, develop, design and deploy global models, structures etc for increased sales efficiency and management
    • Secure sales force quality capabilities, assess and analyze global sales force competence situation and improvement areas
    • Drive excellence in Sales, drive change management of sales engagement behavior and delivery execution
    • Drive implementation and follow-up, drive local deployment of initiatives within sales excellence area


Key Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
    • 5-8 years’ experience of relationship sales and 2-5 years’ experience from ICT industry
    • Comfortable with loose job role, identify and address improvement potentials, cross unit collaboration
    • Strong business interest with technical understanding
    • Dynamic/motivated, strong in team work and also self-going when required.
    • International / mobile – should spend x months abroad on suitable project
    • English fluent in writing / speaking
    • Tools (capable of creating/visualizing assets using modern tools like Sales Force, Power BI, Tableau..)
