Currently we are looking for a Support / Ericsson Network Manager Engineer for our office in Rijen aiming to develop his technical skills and have an opportunity to work with the strong customer focus in a telecommunication environment. What You’ll be Doing

You will be the main technical contact for our customers for all issues which will come up in the customers live network. You will troubleshoot alarms and performance issues within existing systems. You will Drive and resolve technical problems with the support of our internal organization and identify further sales opportunities by listening to the customer, understand their needs and help them to reach their goals. Keep a close cooperation towards the Service Delivery Managers as well as other stake holders. In this role you will work closely in a team based in NL, Germany and other international locations.

 

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences with additional experience in a telecommunications environment with focus on Network Management Systems. Furthermore, we are looking for at least 3-5 years of packet core engineering design and deployment experience. We also look for experience in the following topics:

  • Background / good understanding of native and virtualized systems connected to a management system is of great advantage (RAN, Core, Transport, IoT).
  • Very good Unix/Linux system knowledge
  • At least basic experience in scripting
  • Excellent customer and service orientation with a consultative way of working
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English is a must, Dutch will be a great advantage
