Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Human Resources Direct Agent to provide and deliver accurate, effective and professional support of HR processes and procedures, products, terms of employment, to address the needs of the line organization, managers and employees.  Participate in Human Resources delivery projects.  Track and report the status of the delivery being done.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resources support
  • HR project support as well as functional expertise
  • You will have daily interaction with our employees to answer their questions

Key Qualifications: 

  • Education:  Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required.
  • Min years of experience: (Recruiter to supply)
  • You will need to have prior experience in BPO or Service Delivery organization, preferably within Human Resources
  • Human Resources Processes and Disciplines Knowledge
  • Labor Relations, Laws & Legislation Knowledge
  • Project Management Skills
  • You will need to excel in Presenting & Communicating information
  • Deciding & initiating action
  • Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
