Job Summary: 

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

You will support the following systems and functions: 

We are looking for Engineers/ Sr. Engineers for 1st Level Operations Profile in NOC Team

  • Candidate should have worked in 1st Level Alarm Monitoring Profile

  • Should have worked on any of these : IP / CS Core / PS Core / Transmission / VAS / RAN / VOIP

  • Improvement Projects and Automation generation

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Driving frequent small and big projects to drive reductions in trouble tickets, alarms and improving networks.

  • Delivering and transferring knowledge via various mediums : Email, Class room presentation, creating knowledge objects.

  • Value creation towards customer accounts.

  • 24x7x365 based alarm surveillance

  • Event management 

  • Incident management 

  • Remote site access control 

  • Legal request execution 

  • Billing operations 

  • Assurance support activities

     

    Key Qualifications: 

  • Education:  Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)  

  • Minimum years of experience 5+ years’

  • Industry accredited certifications in different domains will be given a preference.
