1. 2 -7 years of Telecom experience in BSCS IX Product i.e. Rating, Billing, Provisioning and product configuration.
2. Effective handling of L2 level BSCS operational activities.
3. Capable of handling complex P1, P2 and Major issues,
  emergencies and outages with effective co-ordination with internal teams , external teams 
and 3PP vendors.
4. Experience in BSCS product configuration for 
Service configurations, Rating Packages, Rate Plans, Zones, IDD, Promotion Plans and Free units in BSCS.
5. Effective hands-on experience on writing complex SQL Quires and PL/SQL(Procedure, function, triggers and etc.)
6. Good knowledge of Unix and shell scripting for reporting and operational automations.
Better understanding on ITIL service Operations modules of Incident Management, change Management, Problem Management MSTOP processes.
Ready to relocate and flexible to work in 24*7 shifts and on-call support.
