Manager - Centralised Audit

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Manager Centralised Audit Support to ensure high quality in and assure compliance to external financial reporting requirements of multiple entities across Ericsson Globe. The person will be managing and leading Statutory Audits of group of different legal entities from different Market Areas.

The specific details of the job required are as follows:

 

The holder of this position has following main responsibilities:

Support Statutory audit activities in following areas:

 

  • Preparation of financial statements, Disclosures and Notes to accounts and its fieldwork

  • Responsible for Fieldwork for Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, Inventory, Related party, Cash/bank , operating expenses, Inter Company payables and Receivables , External payables etc, including vouching of these areas

  • Support Tax audits (Preparing the forms, coordinating with stakeholders etc)

  • Interacting and coordinating with the auditors and answering their queries

  • Interacting and coordinating with all stakeholders responsible for the above-mentioned areas.

  • Extracting information from SAP

Key Qualifications: 

  • Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of relevant experience

  • Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel                     

  • Good command on written and spoken English

  • Drive, Integrity, and Perspective

  • Result orientation, Analytical, Networking/Team player, Communication & influence skills, Perseverance, Accurate, Proactive initiator

  • Cross Cultural Communication and working in virtual teams

  • Experience in IFRS / GAAP

  • Understanding of Financial Systems

  • You have financial Analysis skills

  • You will be responsible for delivering results and meeting customer expectations

  • You can lead, mentor and supervise

  • Social and leadership skills

  • Coping and analytical skills.

Organisational interfaces

To meet our local and global objectives, Centralized Audit Manager interacts with:

  • Within the Ericsson units:

    • Tax: Statutory and Tax audit related activities

    • HR: In relation to fieldwork for Payroll

    • Treasury: Statutory audit related fieldwork and queries

    • Company Controlling: Statutory and Tax related activities

    • Shared Services Center: Accounting, Cash and Bank, Accounts payable

  • Outside the EIL units:

    • Auditors
