工作职责:

    1. 负责核心网设备的维护支撑工作,设备的运行值守和故障处理,保障设备的稳定运行
    2. 支撑运营商进行设备使用和维护,进行技术培训工作。
    3. 协助运营商完成日常作业计划,并负责系统的升级工作。
    4. 负责紧急故障的处理和问题分析,报告的撰写和客户沟通
    5. 协调客户,公司内外部相关合作伙伴的沟通,
       

专业技术要求:

计算机及通信相关专业,本科及以上学历,CET-4;

熟练的英文书写和口头交流能力。

熟悉通信原理,并具备Linux环境下简单开发能力

具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力;做事细致、具有强烈的责任感。
