Sourcing Services Specialist
Junior Contract administrator
This position provides operational and analytical services to the global Sourcing community in Ericsson, actively contributing within the Sourcing Process.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Handle all digital footprint of contracts in the existing tools, ensuring compliance and adherence towards global and local processes, guidelines and procedures
- Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements
- Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts
Experience working with and managing contracts is a plus but not mandatory
Working knowledge and understanding of the main legal principles associated with contracts
Attention to detail and ability to notice and correct errors
Previous experience in related fields like accounting, finance or legal
