Account Manager

Now we are looking for Account Manager to secure long-term profitable business for Ericsson Czech through proactive business development and management of Ericsson resources based on fundamental understanding of the customer's business, operations and objectives.




Business Development
–  Take thought leadership to customers
–  Create Ericsson customer strategy (account planning/business planning)
–  Develop new & existing business


Sales Execution
–  Select opportunities to pursuit
–  Translate customer needs and requirements
–  Anchor demand and get buy-in
–  Capture demand
–  Drive sales according to set targets


–  Manage profitable delivery and contract fulfillment
–  Coach and lead Ericsson resources directly and in the matrix
–  Planning and Forecasting


Key qualifications:
–    Experience in BSC or MSC in business/finance or telecommunication and related experience in IT and Telecommunication (ITC) industry
–    Sales track record in 4th Gen mobile business at tier 1 operators in Czech and/or cloud infrastructure
–    Recognized thought leader in the Czech ICT market and solid network with tier 1 customers (T-Mobile CZ, O2 CZ, Vodafone CZ), related authorities and industry representatives
–    Strong experience in Solutions/Consultative sales approach and process with the ability to translate business needs to product solutions and expanding customer issue into business opportunities
–    Experienced in leading sales and virtual (in a matrix) engagement teams – be a thought leader internally and externally
–    Open, winning and can win/do attitude, organized and structured, an excellent listener and strong presentation skills are pre-requisites 
–    Proactive, self-motivating with a good grasp of the key business drivers
–    Willing and available to travel in the region 
–    Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak
