Presales Manager Support and Roll Out LATAM

We are now looking for a Senior Technical Solution Sales Support to drive the Roll-Out Strategy, explore new delivery and price models, apply Golden Rules and Best Practices cross Market Area’s countries, automate PS cost estimation and position Ericsson as leader in the service arena. Secure that customer feedback is shared in PS and delivery organizations.



  • You will manage the Network Roll-Out transformation across countries with special focus on LATAM
  • You will position Ericsson as technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy, delivery capabilities and vision with customer CTO/CIO/Head of Operation and direct reports
  • Provide sales support expertise, conducts technical-commercial discussions with customer
  • Provide sales support for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to internal stake holders and Customer
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Units, Group Function, Delivery and Research.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Science or similar
  • Substantial experience from sales/presales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent
  • Domain experience:  Network Rollout (primary), Customer Support
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned area
  • Customer facing experience
  • Business and Financial understanding
  • Leadership and influencing capacity

Additional Requirements

  • Experience of Roll-Out from delivery and planning perspectives
  • Tactical Price and techno-commercial skills
  • Knowledge of Managed Services are highly appreciated
  • KAM or/and COMs positions or/and Senior Project Management experience are very well considered
  • Spanish or/and Portuguese languages are preferred
  • Ericsson Sales Process experience, Core team working
  • Ericsson presales/sales/commercial tools basic knowledge (i.e. Cast, ECP, Verdi)
  • Executive communication and effective reporting
  • Technical-Commercial Presentation
