Job Summary

The job role purpose is to improve the overall service quality to ensure business consistency.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Plan-Launch-Optimize customer RAN as part of Ericsson project team
  • Infrastructure capacity and performance Analysis & solution definition
  • Capacity & performance Improvement
  • End-user Quality of Service Optimization

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor/BSC in Engineering
  • Min years of experience: minimum 10 years in Network rollout, Swap, Build
  • Senior Engineer with Experience in Planning, Tuning and  optimization (2G,4G)
  • Should have experience in setup, planning and optimization of rollout/Swap/upgrades projects
  • Deep knowledge of 2G/4G standards as must
  • Understanding of VoLTE
  • Knowledge of Ericsson portfolio
  • Understanding how network performance is measuring, what are the main statistic and drive test KPIs
  • Should be able to discuss KPI target values and measuring methods with customer
  • Expert in RAN troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with the English Language

 

Other Requirements:

  • Optimization engineers team leading experience as a benefit
  • Drive test experience as a benefit, understand logic of drive test measurements and be able analyze log files
  • Any experience/exposed to 5G is advantage ( project planning, technology understanding, Design, KPIs )
  • Knowledge of programming languages
