Job Summary:

We now are looking for a Release Lead and configuration driver for our IoT Connected Vehicle Cloud solution. You will be responsible for driving the release strategy, configuration framework and release processes for the solution, following a SAFe methodology. You are a technical person that has a deep knowledge of software development, release management, configuration management and a passion for continuous integration and release-on-demand. You like to engage in discussions with stakeholders and feel comfortable to lead and interact with others. The Release Lead will work close to the product development teams in Gothenburg (Sweden) and Guangzhou (China). The position can be located either in Gothenburg or Guangzhou.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive release strategy and configuration framework
  • Unify release model
  • Clarify processes and tools for efficient service releases (aaS)
  • Define release objects, release cycles and release criteria
  • Clarify environment configurations
  • Secure 3PP handling and Trade compliance
  • Drive efficiency and quality aspects
  • Support release activities
  • Keep up to date on the latest technology and trends


Key Qualifications:

  • M.Sc or similar education background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SW release management
  • Technical domain experience: Software delivery, Configuration management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Cloud and container-based solutions, Agile methods.
  • Experience in interacting and guiding people
  • Experience in identifying and driving improvements
  • Good communication and organizing skills
