Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager for Robotics Process Automation program will be part of a team dedicated to improving process through automation enabling efficiency, improved profitability, and Customer satisfaction. 

The Technical Project Manager – Robotics Process Automation (RPA) role will drive the discovery and development of automation using a suite of tools designed for RPA.  The Technical Project Manager – RPA supports Market Area North America’s (MANA) overall automation strategy by managing complex deployment programs and common structures that support efficiencies and cost savings in the interest of Ericsson and Ericsson’s end Customers. The Technical Project Manager – RPA will also identify and execute improvements within Group Functions and the Global Service Delivery organization. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager – RPA will secure close partnership within the other Market Areas, Business Unit Technology and Emerging Business, vendors and suppliers in executing the automation strategy of MANA and Ericsson.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and project manage Robotics Process Automation projects supporting efficiency and cost reduction
  • Maintain delivery models, frameworks, job roles, assessments, and strategies
  • Lead sponsors on all levels within the organization on the progress of the assigned projects
  • Deploy and implement Robotics Process Automation Strategy
  • Provide training and drive knowledge transfer
  • Direct development resources to complete projects on time and on budget

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Min Bachelors Degree.  Masters Degree preferred
  • Min years of experience: 2 years
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in Technical Project Management
  • Experience with Process Automation software and methodology
  • Change and improvement management skills
  • Negotiation and argumentation skills
