We are looking for a back office engineer to join EDOS-DP global support team and provide technical-level assistance to our customers. Back office engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot EDOS problems and help our customers if they face any challence in their day to day activities.
The candidate should have system administration background to provide support to the end users and be able to maintain the system up and running.
EDOS-DP is an end-to-end platform for monitoring, design, optimization and troubleshooting of multi-vendor (Ericsson, Huawei, NSN, etc...) and multi-technology networks (LTE, UMTS, GSM).
The team is in close interaction with design and verificaiton units, working together to achieve the SLA.

- Proficiency in English, written and oral.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred degree in telecom/electrical or system admin engineering.
- Knowledge on mobile networks.
- Scripting skills.
- Knowlege on Linux.
- MySQL, Postgress database.
- Windows Administration.
- Availability for 24x7 on-call support.
