A área de negócios Global de Managed Services é dividida em 3 grupos: MS Networks, MS-IT e MS Design and Optimization.
Estamos buscando uma pessoa para ocupar a posição de estágio na área de MS Networks para a América Latina – base em São Paulo.
Managed Services Networks provê serviços especializados para as Operadoras de Telecomunicações em todo o mundo, com mais de 300 contratos em 100 países.
Estes serviços vão desde operações de campo, monitoramento de sistemas de energia e ambiente de sites até Gestões Operacionais de Redes e Serviços Centralizados (NOC/SOC) incluindo Automatizações, Machine-Learning e Inteligência Artificial. Inclui-se nos processos de Managed Services apoiar as operadoras a melhorar a qualidade das redes e a percepção do usuário final.
As atividades requeridas para esta função são:
-Suportar o desenvolvimento das estratégias de negócios regionais de MS
-Apoiar os Engagement Leaders a desenvolver novas oportunidades de MS para região Latam
-Ajudar na coleta de informações e atualizar o Sales Force de Managed Services da Região junto as áreas comerciais
-Ajudar a disseminar o processo de qualificação de oportunidades de MS junto as áreas comerciais
-Fazer um follow-up dos negócios junto as áreas comerciais
-Alinhar os processos de vendas junto as áreas de entrega (delivery) mantendo a qualidade da transferência de informações
-Suportar o Hub Lead na definição das estratégias comerciais
-Apoiar o Hub Lead na atualização de informações junto ao LT da Região de MELA
-Estar atualmente matriculado no 2°ano+ em algum dos seguintes cursos universitários: Engenharia de Telecomunicação, Engenharia Elétrica com ênfase em Telecom, Telecomunicações
-Nível de inglês avançado
-Engajamento para aprender e desenvolver as atividades da área
-Trabalho em equipe
Summary of the internship position and the Managed Services area
The Global Managed Services business area is divided into 3 groups: MS Networks, MS-IT and MS Design and Optimization.
We are looking for a person to fill the internship position in the area of MS Networks for Latin America - based in São Paulo.
Managed Services Networks provides specialized services to Telecommunication Operators around the world, with more than 300 contracts in 100 countries.
These services range from field operations, energy system monitoring and site environment to Centralized Services and Network Operations Management (NOC / SOC) including Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. It is included in the Managed Services processes to support the operators to improve the quality of the networks and the perception of the end user.
The activities required for this function are:
-Support the development of MS regional business strategies
-Support Engagement Leaders to Develop New MS Opportunities for Latam Region
-Help in the collection of information and update the Sales Force of Managed Services of the Region next to the commercial areas
-To help disseminate the process of qualifying MS opportunities in the commercial areas
-Do a follow-up of the businesses in the commercial areas
-Large sales processes in the delivery areas while maintaining the quality of information transfer
-Support Hub Lead in defining business strategies
-Support Hub Lead in updating information with LT of the LAM Region
-Student must be currently enrolled in the 2nd year + in one of the following university courses: Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Telecom, Telecommunications
-Advanced English level
-Engage to learn and develop the activities of the area
