Next Gen Energy Performance Developer

Job Summary

You will work in the technical area Power Consumption and be responsible for our power consumption calculation in PDU BI.
Your responsibility within Power Consumption will be to have the full picture on what functions that impact power consumption and secure the power consumption tool has high quality. You will be responsible on deciding what functions that we will implement in the tool and the priority order.

You will work closely with the team that sets the power consumption and energy performance strategy and have close cooperation with development departments.

The position is at PDU Baseband and Interconnect as System Developer for Power Consumption and Energy Performance. We are working in 5G, as well as all standards.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

You enjoy leading others as a Technical leader. As a System developer, you will work with execute complex system studies, and bring technical issues and decisions to conclusion in a timely manner.

You have responsibility to decide what power consumption features that are needed in our power consumption tool, PowerCalc.

You will work close with SPM, SW and HW design, verification and other PDU’s.

It is important as system developer to bring in the costumer perspective in our design solutions.

You have a high drive and understanding of the importance of lowering our products energy consumption.

 

Position Qualifications

 

Core Competences:

To be successful the System developer must have good knowledge of system both SW and HW, product knowledge, working cross site and be a natural leader. You also enjoy working in a lean and agile WoW.

You also should have:

  • A high interest of Energy saving functionality
  • Analytical
  • Good English
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Technical leader skills
