Job Summary:

We are now looking for communication leader seasoned both in the field of PR and Telecom industry to drive marketing and communications activation towards main stakeholders and prioritized influencers with market, customer, stakeholder, influencer and channel insights. Initiate, drive, execute and secure consistent, proactive communication through integrated communication activities and plans, building wanted perceptions for our brand, showcasing our business capabilities and enabling sales in early phases of the customer buying cycle. Working across organization and leading virtual teams to proactively measure, analyse and amplify market and media impact. Manage change and crisis communications. Understand main stakeholders and influencers’ needs and develop content and assets to enable digital channels to effective reach and influence our target audience. Initiate, facilitate, manage and maintain relations with external parties such as e.g. press and media, analysts, opinion formers, general public, investors and other external stakeholders.


  • You own developing external communication strategies for Ericsson China
  • Develop and cultivate external relationships with top media
  • Develop and cultivate internal relationships with key stakeholders within Ericsson
  • Plan and execute external communication strategies to amplify Ericsson’s brand messages and business strategies
  • Develop and drive innovative ways to optimize communication impact in various activation channel, especially digital channels

Key Qualifications: 

  • Education: University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 8 years of experience:
  • Domain experience: (PR)
  • Business Understanding and experience in Telecom industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Local Laws & Regulations and geo-political landscape of China with a global perspective
  • Creative, innovative, self-driven with a challenger mindset
