Job Summary

The Project Support Staff job role purpose is to support the Customer Project Manager in Project Administrator, Project Planning and/or project Quality Management area.
The PSS drives the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and system required to be used by the Customer Project Manager.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Administers, develops and maintain required project administration, documentation and correspondence
  • Ensure project system & tools are setup and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Plan and setup the required project planning activities within a project
  • Monitor and maintain the project to progress according to project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure the quality management system is implemented and maintained throughout the duration of the project
